1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

CILARIA, Korean serum for lashes and brows, in a 3 ml tube. It is a cosmetic product, not a medicine. Its shelf life is 2 years from manufacture.

3. Price and payment

The price is €39.90 per unit. Payment is handled by KunfuPay on its own secure page, which applies any taxes due. We neither see nor store your card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide, by post. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the destination country and the postal service. Check that your address and phone number are correct when you order.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, with no explanation, as long as the product is unopened. Write to us through the contact form and we will tell you how to return it. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned, except as provided in the guarantee below.

6. CILARIA 8-week guarantee

Use CILARIA daily for 8 weeks, following the instructions on the box. If you see no difference, we refund everything you paid, even if the product is open. This guarantee is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right. To claim it, write to us through the contact form.

7. Use and precautions

• After cleansing your face, morning and night and with dry lashes, wet the brush and apply evenly at the base of the lashes. Do not apply to the eyelids. Wait for it to absorb.
• For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
• If it gets in your eyes, rinse with clean water. If you feel discomfort, stop using it.
• Not to be used by people with eye conditions.
• Store in a cool, dry place.

8. Damaged or wrong product

If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us through the contact form and we will fix it at no cost to you.

9. Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Korea applies and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of the buyer's country.
