• Order data (name, email, phone and shipping address): to prepare and send your purchase, tell you its status and handle any issue or return.
• Contact form data (name, email, phone and your message): to reply to you.
• IP address: recorded when you place an order or send the form, for the security of the service and to prevent abuse and fraud.
• Payment data: amount and status of the charge. We do not store your card details: payment takes place on the KunfuPay page.

3. Legal basis

Performing the purchase contract you enter into, answering the enquiries you send us, meeting our legal and accounting obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

4. How long we keep it

Order data, for as long as needed to manage shipping, the guarantee and returns, and then for the period the law requires for accounting records. Contact messages, for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. After those periods, we delete them.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the providers essential to the service, acting on our behalf:

• KunfuPay, which handles payment.
• The postal service, which receives your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
• The hosting provider, where the website is located and the data is stored.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

6. International transfers

Because we ship worldwide and the owner is in the Republic of Korea, your data may be processed outside your country. We share it only with the providers listed and only as needed to complete your order.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data, object to or restrict its processing and request its portability. Write to us through the contact form and we will reply. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
